Dr. David White
Dr. David White is a co-founder of White Equine Veterinary Services, serving as both a practiced veterinarian and the practice manager since 2013. With a deep-seated passion for sports medicine, Dr. White excels in treating performance-related issues in horses. His work at the clinic is at the forefront of veterinary medicine, utilizing the latest therapeutic techniques to address equine soundness and is also actively involved in creating pregnancies and embryos in the reproductive field.
Dr. White’s academic credentials are rooted in Oklahoma, where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1989, both from Oklahoma State University. His academic journey has deeply influenced his professional path and personal interests.An avid lover of the outdoors, Dr. White enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and golf. He also values quality time with his son, engaging in various sports and outdoor activities. His early reading of John Steinbeck’s “The Red Pony” perhaps foreshadowed his future in equine care. Despite being from a landlocked state, he’s a self-described “parrothead” who has a profound love for the beach and water, a testament to his broad-ranging interests and hobbies.

Dr. Julia Christopher-White is a dedicated equine veterinarian and the co-founder of White Equine Veterinary Services. Since 2014, she has brought her dynamic expertise to the field, specializing in the treatment of equine athletes. Dr. Christopher-White prides herself on the diversity of cases she encounters and thrives on the rewarding experience of seeing her patients achieve their best performance.
Julia’s educational background began with an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in 2003, followed by a Master’s degree and a DVM from Kansas State University, which she completed in 2005 and 2011, respectively. Her comprehensive education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to excel in her profession.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Christopher-White enjoys an active lifestyle with her family. She cherishes her time with her husband and son Brooks, frequently attending school and sporting events. Her personal interests include riding, mountain biking, travel, hiking, and climbing—activities that reflect her dynamic and adventurous spirit.
